These terms govern the use of CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd's services, training programs, and digital products.

By accessing or using any service provided by CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd ("CloudTech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to software development services, training programs, consulting, digital products, and any other services we offer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Student", or "User") and CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan.
All custom software development projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such project-specific agreement.
CloudTech will deliver services as described in the agreed project scope. Any additions to scope ("change requests") will be assessed and priced separately. We are not obligated to complete work outside the agreed scope without a written change order.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required access credentials, content, and other materials needed for project completion. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect delivery timelines. CloudTech is not liable for project delays resulting from insufficient client cooperation.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed exclusively for their project. Any pre-existing CloudTech frameworks, libraries, or tools incorporated into the project are licensed to the client for use within that project but remain CloudTech's intellectual property.
Enrollment in a training program is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed course fee. CloudTech reserves the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion, including where a candidate does not meet stated prerequisites.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are covered by the provided recordings but do not entitle students to makeup sessions unless agreed in advance. CloudTech maintains a maximum batch size of 5 students to ensure quality; enrollment is limited and non-transferable.
All training sessions are recorded and provided exclusively to enrolled students for personal study purposes. Recordings may not be shared, redistributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from CloudTech.
Course fees are non-refundable once training has commenced. If CloudTech cancels a program before commencement, a full refund will be issued. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before a session may be accommodated subject to availability.
Completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required coursework and assignments. CloudTech certificates are issued by CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd and do not represent certification from any third-party vendor or certifying body unless explicitly stated.
All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in the project agreement or training enrollment confirmation. CloudTech reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 7 days without prior arrangement.
For international clients, payments may be accepted via bank transfer or platforms such as Upwork. Applicable bank charges or platform fees are the responsibility of the client.
All content on CloudTech websites, training materials, course recordings, frameworks, toolkits, and pre-built solutions remain the intellectual property of CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd or their respective owners.
Custom code developed exclusively for a client project transfers to the client upon full payment as described in Section 2. Training recordings are licensed for personal use only and do not transfer.
The names "CloudTech", "MediaSoftPro", "MagicTradeBot", and "AceTradeBot" are trademarks of CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd and may not be used without written permission.
CloudTech treats all client project information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business information, project details, or technical specifications to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
For projects requiring formal NDA agreements, these are executed separately and take precedence over this general confidentiality provision. CloudTech regularly works under NDA for trading strategy and proprietary business logic projects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudTech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
CloudTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or trading losses arising from use of our software, training, or any product.
Trading Disclaimer: Trading bots and related software involve significant financial risk. CloudTech develops software tools but is not a financial advisor. Past performance of any trading strategy or bot does not guarantee future results. Clients use trading software entirely at their own risk.
CloudTech warrants that software development work will be performed professionally and to the agreed specification. We provide a bug-fix warranty period of 30 days after project delivery for defects in the agreed deliverables, at no additional charge.
Training services are provided "as-is" and CloudTech does not warrant specific career or employment outcomes from course completion. We do not guarantee that course content will remain current indefinitely, though we make reasonable efforts to keep curriculum aligned with industry standards.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of client termination, fees for work completed to that point are payable. CloudTech may immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or abusive conduct toward staff.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided by CloudTech (Pvt) Ltd shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
CloudTech reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
